Busy touring Europe, we had missed out on Ace until it appeared in our own London backyard with its short-lived Shoreditch location. Stateside we were finally able to enjoy this quirky boutique hotel brand when visiting New Orleans, Seattle and Portland. Started in 1999 in Seattle, Ace and has slowly expanded to include 10 locations, mostly in the US, but with key hotels in Kyoto, Fukuoka and Sydney.
